Being your own boss finding your business niche requires planning
Corruption downsizing large corporations throughout the U.S. are downsizing unemployment have been on the rise. Working for a large corporation/manufacturer give a sense of job security, after all, a business needs employees to function. If you are one of the few employees, with contract jobs/government jobs other investment securities then you perhaps have nothing to worry about right? Wrong. In the last couple of years, we've seen government jobs being cutbacks hours reduced many hard working employees have been laid off for one reason or another. Many companies requiring employees to multitask more pressure on employees to perform beyond their regular duties other sending work offshore, diminishing jobs in this country.
Others are starting to rely on machinery to do the same work that humans did years ago. Whatever the case may be, good/poor economic times, a good job performance, and being employed by a large corporation or business do not ensure that you have a secure job. Big corporations take little or no effort in understanding what effects these layoffs have on the employee and their family. The only safeguard against this is being your own boss.
